Sharing ideas to help families, neighbours, communities & yourself
by Andrew on January 14, 2009
I had gatherings at my home for ladies in the community. I did it because I was new to the area and needed some socialization. I asked everybody to bring something for show and tell – a great conversation starter – my favorite was Rose and the hanky she received from her idol Bing Crosby. Gatherings weren’t restricted to just inside, another favorite memory involves 20 Ladies, all wrapped in quilts sitting around a campfire. Sometimes we’d hold theme meetings and call them – GRATITUDE GATHERINGS.
