Start Kitchen Table Coaching Groups In Your Community
by Andrew on January 14, 2009

Around a kitchen table in our homes, facing bleak times, my three friends and I brainstormed ways to drag ourselves out of debt, find new jobs, overcome obstacles and turn survive into thrive. As word got out about our kitchen table coaching sessions, we were asked to speak to women’s groups and other women encouraged us to write a book. We did and we called it This Is Not The Life I Ordered: 50 Ways To Keep Your Head Above Water When Life Keeps Dragging You Down.We demonstrate the power of ordinary people joining forces to create solutions to problems that seem insurmountable. Click the link to download a pdf file called The Kitchen Table Friend Kit Guide that helps people establish their own support group.
